Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?

A: We find discounted investment properties because we deal directly with home owners who contact us to sell their properties. Sometimes they may be close to repossession or a landlord offloading a property but most times the sellers just want a quick, hassle free sale. 

Q: Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?

A: We can’t buy every property that comes to us. We can help homeowners by either buying their house or we can pass the property on to our investors.

Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?

A: Yes, if you can get finance quickly with a lender and can complete quickly… you can buy with a mortgage. We do prefer to work with people who are paying cash and who can complete quickly but understand that not everybody can do this.

Q: How do I make an offer on a property?

A: Simple, give us a call on 020 8820 0780. We take offers on a first come first serve basis. Once you decide you want to purchase a property, you’ll need a reservation fee to reserve it (to avoid gazumping and give you time to get your finances in place). We can help with mortgage advisers and solicitors if needed (it’s best if you have these lined up and ready to go before you make an offer so you can get things moving quickly).

Q: How often do you add new investment properties  to the site and VIP Buyers List?

A: We prioritise those on our VIP Buyers List and our properties tend to sell very very quickly. A lot of times, they are sold before we can get them on the website so it pays to be on our VIP list.

Q: What are our fees?

A: When you buy an investment property from us, the price you see is the price you pay. The fee for providing an investment property is 2% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum of £2,500). This fee includes the reservation fee, so on a £100,000 property, the fees paid would be £1,000 to reserve the property, and £1,500 on exchange of contracts.
